When she was 14 years old, Elizabeth Smart was kidnapped from her family’s home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nine months later, she was reunited with her family and her kidnappers were taken into custody. For 20 years, Elizabeth has worked to be an advocate for sexual assault and human trafficking survivors.
